Thousand Oaks has been my home for decades, and my philosophy is simple: being part of a community means giving back. This belief has guided both my 40-year career as a financial advisor and my deep commitment to public service—helping neighbors plan for their future while ensuring our city remains a premier place to live, work, and thrive.

As a financial professional, I focus on long-term relationships and thoughtful investment strategies designed to help clients across the Conejo Valley grow and preserve their assets. My goal is to build the confidence they need to face the future securely. I hold a degree from Rutgers University and earned the prestigious Platinum Council distinction from 2006 through 2024.

This same long-term perspective drives my civic leadership. I have served on the Thousand Oaks City Council since 2012, including three terms as Mayor, focusing on supporting local business, balanced housing growth, and preserving our exceptional quality of life. Prior to this, I spent six years on the Thousand Oaks Planning Commission (2004–2010).

My community roots run deep. I dedicated 20 years to the Conejo Valley YMCA board (serving as Chair), chaired the Civic Arts Plaza board, and was a founding member of the Alliance for the Arts. Being named the Chamber of Commerce’s Man of the Year remains a deeply meaningful honor.

Above all, family comes first. My wife, Marilyn, and I proudly raised our twin daughters, Erica and Allison, here. In my free time, I enjoy boxing, golfing with family, and boating at Lake Arrowhead.
